6 aus 49 ist jenes Lotto-Spiel, welches in Deutschland gespielt wird. Dabei kreuzt der Spieler auf seinem Tippschein 6 Zahlen der Reihe 1 bis 49 an. Gewonnen hat er, wenn er 3, 4, 5, oder 6 der gezogenen Gewinnzahlen richtig geraten hat (Stimmt auch noch die sog. "Zusatzzahl" überein verbessert sich die Gewinnquote noch einmal).

Den Maximalgewinn hat der Spieler, wenn er alle Gewinnzahlen richtig getippt hat, also die berühmten 6 richtigen, und wenn zusätzlich noch die in einer separaten Ziehung, aus der Zahlenreihe 0 bis 9, ermittelte "Supperzahl" mit der Endziffer seines Losscheines übereinstimmt.

Welche Zahlen soll man tippen?

Den Traum von "sechs Richtigen" im Lotto träumen in Deutschland wöchentlich mehrere Millionen Menschen. Die Hoffnung auf den glücklichen Zufall ist groß - die Zahl derer, die zufällig das große Glück haben, bleibt jedoch klein. Denn die Mathematik ist grausam: 1 zu 13.983.816 beträgt die Wahrscheinlichkeit auf "sechs Richtige". Prozentual hat man also eine Chance von 0,000007% auf den großen Geldregen. Und weil die Kugeln jede Woche wieder neu gemischt werden, bleibt die Wahr-
scheinlichkeit für einen Lottogewinn auch so unglaublich gering. Und dennoch versuchen die Menschen immer wieder den glücklichen Zufall herbeizulocken - mit ausgefeilten Strategien und neuen Taktiken.

Viele Gewinner senken die Quote
Der Gedanke ist gar nicht so falsch, denn mit einer guten Strategie kann man zumindest die Höhe eines Gewinns beeinflussen. Je mehr Gewinner es gibt, die sich einen Gewinn teilen müssen, desto kleiner wird der Gewinn-
anteil für jeden Einzelnen. So passierte es bei jener denkwürdigen Ziehung vom 4.10.1997: Damals hätte ein Sechser 6,7 Millionen DM (rund 3,4 Millionen Euro) gebracht – wenn nur ein einziger Tipper die sechs richtigen Zahlen (9-13-23-27-38-40) angekreuzt hätte. Weil die Zahlen aber so ein hübsches Muster auf dem Tippschein bildeten, hatten viele sie angekreuzt: 124 Tipper mussten sich den Gewinn teilen und bekamen nur 53.982 DM (27.600,56 Euro) ausgezahlt.

Tipps zum Lottospielen
Leider wissen wir nicht, welche Zahlen Sie ankreuzen müssen, um "sechs Richtige" zu haben. Aber wir wissen, wie sie vermeiden können, Ihren Gewinn mit vielen anderen zu teilen. Hier ein paar goldene Regeln:

Machen Sie keine Muster auf dem Lottoschein. Bei quadratischer Anordnung der Kästchen ergeben beispielsweise die Zahlen 1-9-16-25-33-41 die Diagonale von links oben nach rechts unten. Solche Muster gefallen auch anderen.

Auch regelmäßige Zahlenfolgen (2-4-6-8-10-12) sind sehr beliebt. Natürlich werden regelmäßige Zahlenfolgen mit der gleichen Wahrscheinlichkeit gezogen wie alle anderen auch – aber der Gewinn wird nicht sehr hoch sein, da Sie sich ihn mit vielen anderen Tippern teilen müssen. So brachte die Kombination 2-3-4-5-6-26 der Lottoziehung vom 10.4.1999 den 31 Gewinnern immerhin noch 232.000 DM (118.619 Euro) pro Nase. Der Gewinn wäre jedoch noch bedeutend geringer ausgefallen, wäre statt der 26 die 7 gefallen.

Die Lottogesellschaften veröffentlichen selbst jede Menge Statistiken über die gezogenen Zahlen (z. B. unter www.cyberlotto.de). Sie geben Auskunft darüber, welche Zahl am häufigsten gezogen wurde (zur Zeit die 32), welche am seltensten (13) oder welche Zahl am längsten nicht gefallen ist (auch die 32&#33;). Unser Rat: Kümmern Sie sich nicht um solche Statistiken&#33; Regeln lassen sich daraus nicht ableiten, außer einer: Viele Spieler kreuzen genau diese Zahlen an und verringern dadurch die Quote.

Kreuzen Sie nicht die Zahlen an, die sich aus den Geburtstagen Ihrer Familie ergeben. Das machen viele andere auch – und sorgen so dafür, dass die Quoten besonders niedrig sind, wenn Zahlen unter 30 oder die 19 gezogen werden.

Tippen Sie nicht die Zahlen, die andere auch tippen. Leider veröffentlichen die Lottogesellschaften diese Zahlen nicht. Allerdings hat der Mathematikprofessor Karl Bosch 1993 eine Studie eben zu diesem Thema durchgeführt. Er wertete 6,8 Millionen Tippreihen aus, die ihm die baden-württembergische Lottogesellschaft zur Verfügung gestellt hatte. Die am häufigsten getippte Zahl war die 19, danach folgten 9-7-17-10-11.

Solche Strategien machen sich im Übrigen auch kommerzielle Spielergemeinschaften zunutze, die "Hochquotensysteme" versprechen. Hier gilt allerdings: Wer einen Sechser tippt, muss den Gewinn mit vielen anderen teilen. Außerdem reduzieren sich die Gewinnchancen allein dadurch, dass ein Teil des Einsatzes bei der Tipp-Firma hängen bleibt, statt chancensteigernd eingesetzt zu werden.

Am besten Sie kreuzen zufällig ausgewählte Zahlen an. Die Lottogesellschaften bieten solche Zahlen z. B. als "Quick-Tipp" an. Das steigert zwar nicht Ihre Gewinnchancen auf "sechs Richtige" - aber die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass Sie für einen Sechser nur wenig Geld bekommen, sinkt immens.

Bilder sollte man malen, nicht tippen

Es war im April 1999, als folgende Gewinnzahlen im LOTTO gezogen wurden: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 26. Die Ziehung der Zahlen erfolgte nicht genau in dieser Reihenfolge, was aber keine Rolle spielt. Wäre statt der "26" die "1" herausgekommen, so wäre das sicher eine Sensation gewesen, die weltweit Beachtung gefunden hätte.

Aber auch so gab es viel Trubel um diese Ausspielung. Unmittelbar nach der Ziehung herrschte die Meinung, so etwas verrücktes tippt doch kein Mensch. Wahrscheinlich wird es keinen 6er geben und wenn doch, dann mit hoher Gewinnquote.

Einige Kenner wussten aber schon, dass wohl das Gegenteil der Fall sein wird. So kam es auch. Ein 6er brachte etlichen Gewinnern "nur" 233.000 DM. Beim 5er, der normalerweise einen 4stelligen Betrag liefert, gab es sogar nur 380 DM.

Was war passiert ? Man kann es kaum glauben, die Zahlenkombination 1 bis 6 gehört mit zu den beliebtesten Tipps. Man schätzt, dass dieser Tipp über 30.000 mal pro Ziehung abgegeben wird. Die Lotto-Gesellschaften könnten das genau sagen, rücken mit dieser Information aber nicht heraus.

Wäre damals tatsächlich "1 bis 6" gezogen worden, so wäre das Fiasko perfekt gewesen. Ein 6er hätte weniger als 200 DM gebracht. Man muss sich hier in Erinnerung rufen, dass niedrige Quoten immer dann entstehen, wenn viele Gewinner sich die prozentual konstanten Auszahlungen pro Quote teilen müssen.

Schon bei früheren Ausspielungen gab es Einbrüche bei den Quoten. Bei genauer Betrachtung der zugehörigen Gewinnzahlen stößt man auf folgendes Phänomen: Viele Lottospieler haben den Drang, die Kreuze optisch schön, wie bei einem streng geometrischen Gemälde anzuordnen. Sehr beliebt sind die Diagonalen, besonders die beiden Hauptdiagonalen, Senkrechte, Waagerechte, Rechteckformen, U-Formen, also alles was irgendwie regelmäßig oder sogar witzig aussieht.

Logischerweise sollte man diese optisch hervorstechenden Tippreihen meiden, da sonst im Gewinnfall der Gewinn mit vielen anderen Spielteilnehmern zu teilen ist. Auch Zahlen die für Datumsangaben geeignet sind (1-31, 1-12, 19xx) werden überproportional häufig getippt.

Abschließend soll noch die Frage gestellt werden, warum tun die Leute das? Ist es die fälschliche Annahme (siehe oben), dass nur sie allein auf so "abwegige" Tipps kommen und deshalb eine hohe Quote erwarten können? Ist es Ordnungsliebe und ästhetische Befriedigung oder einfach nur Jux ? - Keine Ahnung.

Interessant ist folgende Feststellung: konfrontiert man viele Menschen mit einem Zufallsprozess wie dem Lottospiel, so reagieren viele von ihnen ihrerseits nicht zufällig, sondern kommen zu gleichartigen Ausführungen und das gilt es als LOTTO-Spieler zu berücksichtigen.
